Our area of expertise is in ensuring that you meet the high standards and guidelines set out  by the government and yours sports governing bodies that hold you accountable for the safeguarding and welfare of elite athletes living away from home. We work closely with leadership teams responsible for embedding best practice and culture in order to meet safeguarding standards for the care and accommodation of elite athletes; a service often provided and delivered by your host families.

We specialise in working with various sports organisations, including professional football clubs to deliver a high standard of  consultation, training, delivery reviews, and safer recruitment services; specifically designed to improve the care and accommodation and services being delivered by care and service providers to accommodate and meet the needs of Academy Players. We have established, and continue to develop further professional relationships with a range of football clubs that are held to a high standard by The Football Association and The Premier League, in order to meet the national standards set out by the national government when caring for children and young people, including your external safeguarding audits commissioned by your governing body, such as Barnardos.
